Watch was on ultratrac mode so not very accurate. Ran good steady pace, legs felt ok

Felt considerably warmer, but was pretty comfortable the whole way. Kept pace at 7.5mph, 3% incline.
Temp after 30mins 37.2, 45mins 38.2, 60mins 39.2. Glute and hamstring felt great, seems to have settled down

Pace at start 7.5mph, after 20mins 7.6mph, reduced back to 7.5 after 45mins as HR was 160.
Ran well, felt pretty warm in last 15mins. Final temp was 38.2, so not that warm! HR stayed at about 160 for last 15 mins

2 sets of drills, easy running with diagonals.
Took it easy this morning, glute was feeling better, ran the diagonals at a comfortable pace

Started at 7.5MPH increased to 7.6MPH after 15mins. HR finished at 153

Felt pretty comfortable for most of the session, it was only the last 10mins where I started to be uncomfortable. Actual temp at the end was 33.7ºC

Core temp rose slowly, was only 38.2ºC at the end. Pleased with the session, didn't overheat, ran well.

On thurs will run whole session at 33ºC.

Had session with Duncan before the run, worked on L side. Felt really good.

Had a really good session- felt comfortable throughout. Glute was much better today, stretched it last night and before the session today.

Will have temp set at 33 tomorrow and hopefully finish at 34.

CDR effort
Glute was a bit sore after yesterday so took it a bit easier. Started at about 7.30-7.45 for the first 6 miles then ran easy for the rest. Energy levels were fine
