Saw Duncan this am: freed off my back, glutes and hammys. Back was sore before I went in and felt much better afterwards.
Went to gym, did 20mins X-trainer then 50mins SC. Duncan recc lots of core work, he wasn't worried, but thought a few more days off from running would be beneficial. Will do more X-training tomorrow and strength work
