Turbo 1:00:00 [3]

1st turbo session. Did simple interval session: 4min easy with 6 min hill x6. Quite enjoyed it, garage is perfect for the turbo, cool. Was surprised how hard you have to work. It feels a bot weird, you have to keep pedalling. There was a big pool of sweat on the floor at the end!

Ran with Dave and Adrian around Sale Water Park> Legs felt fine, no soreness

Ran 4 miles with Heather, then shortly after ran 8 miles of a friends virtual marathon. All at 9.30 pace, very easy conversational pace. My legs feel fine today, no DOMS, all in working order.
