Ran 2 laps of Macc Forest: ran it at steady pace, worked hard at times. Ran lap 1 in 41:30, 2nd in 41mins. About 6-7 mins quicker than 50mile pace. Body felt fine. Felt lacking motivation lately on Thurs and Fri. Will try and go out each day

Run at Lyme Park. Ran the Cage hill 3 times. Did not feel on it this morning, think was a bit tired from weekend. Ran last 2 miles with Heather

Ran with friends on road and trails around Dunham. Enjoyed the social run. It was very wet, but all good

Foul wet evening: ran easy loop around Sale. All felt good, good recovery run
