Ran 4 miles then 4x20s hill sprints, then 6 miles home> Ran most miles 7.30 pace, a couple 7min/mile pace. Legs felt strong, ticked off the miles

Very wet evening: ran loop around Hale, left watch at work, just ran on feel. Legs felt fine
