Moderate run on grass at Brooklands sports club.

I had good intentions of running slower. Ran on feel, felt very comfortable, but was still running at 6:50 pace. Eased off a bit. Whole run went well, felt relaxed, started to bite towards the end, think it was more mental. Foot was ok, it was a bit stiff, felt strong.

Ran arounf Macc Forrest including going up Shuttlingsloe. Fell running in places, bit slow, but enjoyed the change
