One, one-hour run every two weeks my nutritionist wants me to eat more carbs than you normally would on a shorter run to get my stomach used to digesting, so tried it tonight and all was good! Three gels in 75 minutes, ugh!

Run around Arthur's Seat and then up to the Salisbury Craig. Wanted to reach the peak, but got a bit mixed up making my way from the hotel to the trails, and then didn't have enough time, but the route was stunning!
