With the forecast, I wanted to get outside for this long ride / brick in the afternoon, but after having been away last weekend, there was lots to be done and Mothers guilt took over. So up early it was and back on the trainer. It's quite de-motivating the distance covered in that time compared to out on the roads, but oh well, time in the saddle is time in the saddle!

One, one-hour run every two weeks my nutritionist wants me to eat more carbs than you normally would on a shorter run to get my stomach used to digesting, so tried it tonight and all was good! Three gels in 75 minutes, ugh!
