Hockey 1:30:00 [4]

Really competitive night - we went down 4 - 6. Felt great the entire time and wished we could have stayed on the ice.

A nice end to the week, but overall a lackluster week of workouts. This coming week does not look too bright either....

Hockey 1:30:00 [5]

Uggh. I have fallen off the wagon. Hardly any activity in the last week and a vacation coming up. At least I have hockey....

Tonight was fun - we won 7-2.

Hockey 1:30:00 [4]

Had almost a full team, but only 4 defense - so a lot of ice time. Things started well, but by the time it was over we had lost 6-1. I was +1 for the night, but I had some pretty bad shift changes and on two occasions the other team scored within 15 seconds of one of my changes.

Shoveling 20:00 [3]

Hockey 1:30:00 [5]

With half the teams staying home to watch football we played 5x5 with a total of 9 guys. So by the end there were a lot tired legs.

It was relatively low scoring. I did manage an assist, but played horribly on the defensive end.

Hockey 1:00:00 [2]

Village Sports - Pack Sleepover. The time was probably a lot more than an hour but considering we spent some of the time dodging/working with the kids who were just learning to skate an hour seems appropriate. Once the beginners worked their way back to the turf and left the ice, the adults vs. kids game heated up. One thing I learned that no matter how small the kid is, their shot will still hurt if you don't have the right pads. I got hit right above the skate and was left with a nasty bruise.
