Genesee Valley Park - Sprint - 27 minutes for a sprint! Apparently the scale was 1:15000, not the 1:10000 used to measure the course. Course was actually at 3.75km and actual distance run was 4.5km. Fortunately, I did not run the Score-O next and relaxed on the white course with the kids....

Mendon Ponds - Permanent course - started at the south end and was hoping to improve on my time from April. Ran the course in the opposite direction and could not improve my time more than a few minutes. Course choices improved overall distance by about 0.1 mile. I was suprised at how much the evening lighting changed the way things looked.
