Turk Hill loop - possibly last run of the season as it was just a bit too cold for my comfort. I suppose I could get some better gear, but I think I may just head into the gym for a while....

Actual distance run = 11.22 km

Orienteering 29:00 [2] 3.75 km (7:44 / km)

ROC Mendon Ponds - Blue - Flag P/U. Had already started to stiffen up and was quite cool before going back out to grab three flags. Still though - no cramping for the day even with a total distance of almost 15km.
