Trail Running 50:10 [4] 8.06 km (6:13 / km)

Crescent Trail - on either side of Garnsey. After reading Randy's log I though I would stay away from Powder Mills and look for some *dry* trails elsewhere. Well it was hit and miss for me. On the north side of Garnsey I couldn't wait to get back to pavement and on the south side it wasn't too bad (a part of the run being on the golf course at Woodcliff helped).

Ughh. Was hoping to get a workout yesterday so I wouldn't feel to bad about taking a rest day today - but it didn't work out that way and the guilt factor kicked in.

Well, I figured there was no sense in going back to work well rested and fit in one more workout before returning to a more regular schedule. Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day. After that I will need to work to keep up the activity level.

Continued mapping in the south end of Powder Mills. Great day to be out with lots of sun and temps that weren't too bad. Moved into the SW portion of the park - an area where I don't think I have ever seen a control placed. It is somewhat cutoff from the rest of the park by the main road and the creek but a good place to send some of the longer courses.
