| NOD Sprint at Highland - started pretty late and had the 'pleasure' of seeing some fast times already posted. I knew it would be runners course and that I would have trouble touching the times posted by Mike and Nate. (I usually can't get Gil and certainly can't get Will)
Had a hard time with the map to #1, but settled in quickly. #2 through #6 were all pretty straightforward. For #7 #8 and #9 I didn't do too good of a job reading the map and just went to the right area and randomly looked in the trees and bushes for the control. Took a more direct line through the woods to #13 and then followed contours to #14. Probably could have shaved a few seconds by taking a more direct line to this one. Managed a time between Nate and Mike. Actual distance covered was 3.44 km. |

| Turk Hill - Perinton Park loop with an extra loop. Temps were perfect for running; however, it took me a while to loosen up in the cold temps. It has been a while since I got an evening run in and it felt nice. |
