Orienteering (Course Setting) 1:30:00 [3] *** 4.7 mi (19:09 / mi)
24c shoes: Mudclaw O+340

ROC Scrooge-O Powder Mills - course set-up. Last night while watching the weather I was dreading the fact that I had to set out the controls. But, the sun was shining, I was dressed properly, and had the gear all organized before I stepped out of the car - so it actually turned out quite nice. I only had to take my gloves off once or twice when I had to cut twine to tie a control around a large tree.

Orienteering 10:00 [1]

ROC Scrooge-O with the kids: Managed to make the entire hour with only minimal complaining about the cold, and thanks to Vince's timely appearance we didn't end the night as scrooges.

Elliptical 50:00 [3]

Kameron said she went for a run this morning and when we finally got the kids to bed, I thought might just do the same. However, I haven't grown tired of the gym or the basement and I haven't embraced the cold yet. So, back on the machine for me.

Orienteering 49:00 [2] 4.6 mi (10:39 / mi)
shoes: Mudclaw O+340

Powder Mills - running the course and checking control locations for the Scrooge-O this coming weekend. I was hoping to set controls that would keep everyones feet dry, but there is no way in this park. It shouldn't be too bad for the majority of the controls.

I didn't feel too bad after 3 days of overindulgence, but I haven't stepped on the scale yet.
