Turk HIll - Perinton Park Loop - Mostly wanted to try out the knee - but also realized it has been over a month since I logged a running workout. This one wasn't too long and the knee felt OK after about 10 minutes. I think the real question will be how it feels tonight. Other than the knee, I felt like I was pulling a train the entire way. I think some of that was the heat (high even at 8:30 AM), but more likely an indication of my general fitness level.
