Cross Fit 1:00:00 [5]

Bleh. Warm-up, then 100 each of pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups and squats. Fortunately I got a break down to 50 of each for being a beginner. Still, 20:30 minutes for the reduced work-out. If I had to do the full, I would still be there.

Cross Fit 1:00:00 [3]

First official workout after completing the fundamentals. Workout consisted mainly of completing as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of toes-to-bars pull ups and box jumps. However, it was the warm-up that included going for a PB in the 500m row, that killed me.

Hockey 1:30:00 [4]

Glad it was the last session of the season. We got crushed again (8th or 9th loss in a row) and it was not a fun night. I think the other team had more goals that we had shots on goal. Every time our offense got it into the zone they gave it up immediately so I spent the entire night chasing guys on back on breakaways or defending 2-1 or 3-1 breaks. I am hoping that the teams get re-balanced in three weeks at the beginning of the winter season.
