Total time is generous. Hurt my calf on the way to the first control. I tried to work it out but it was definitely more severe than anything I had experienced in the past. Logging the hobble back to the finish crossed my mind...

Unfortunately the course required a long walk back and I was passed by pretty much the entire field at least once. I did have lots of offers for assistance.

Copperas Pond - long route. Later in the afternoon and saw a few people headed out but had the ponds all to myself. Water was unbelievably clear.
