Excellent run at Ursvik MotiongÄrd. As soon as I arrived on the bike, I had the luxury of running in rainstorm. I thought about all the adventure races and those uncomfortable cold races and figured there was no reason to run for shelter as others did. The run was great, because it was the first time I was able to run again after getting tendonitis in the knee. I managed 2 km before I needed to put on the brace. I ran with good speed while maintaining a reality check with the knee. Excellent!
