Set: 4 x 200m (alterate 50 front, 50 back)
100m choice
2 x 200m breathing practice
WD- Quick 25m (pool closed!)

Nice chilled session - was meant to do 45 mins but pool closed on me! Oh well not my fault still a good session :)

Doctors wasn't promising but London physio was good (Starting program of 1 x a day clams (about x 20) and straight leg side lifts (about x 15) until fatiuge)
