RHR nearly back to normal. Hip is feeling great. The cross training seems to help but I think mostly it's down to not running on road. Weight is still too high but to be honest I need to commit to eating less. Goal for next week is to stop buying chocolate, stop eating chocolate and cut down on the bread.

Finally got the hang of the new kata I've been learning. Just in time for squad training with the other clubs on Sunday. Excited and anxious at the same time because the standard will be high but it will make me way better :)
