Today is the first day that I've got out of bed and didn't have pain in either hip :) It's bucketing rain this morning so I set up the turbo for the winter. Thankfully I managed to get the wheel on without bursting any tubes.

I'm pretty sore everywhere so just did a few minutes yoga to try and loosen up a bit. I'd like to be able to walk normally in work tomorrow :)
