Ran ok. Felt slow and it took about 1k for me to get into any sort of a rhythm. A few girls who I'm normally in front of had me well beaten. My right hip was a bit niggly on the warm up. I've been taking ibubrofen for the last 3 days and it really helps. There is a small danger I may become an addict!! Finished 16th and we got 1st and 4th team so club captain very happy
