Walk with Pam on the Beltline and Path in Buckhead. Cloudy and cool, almost cold. Pam keeps a good pace. I on the other hand find walking kind of boring and would just mosey if left to my own devices.

Hanging controls, mostly white and yellow course. A bit cold and windy, not too bad when moving around. At least it wasn't raining.

Ran the first half of the Red course. It was a nice run. I like this course, it''s a fun area, open and runnable. Feels very different from where we usually run. Wasn't pushing really hard, but did try to keep moving and pretty much go as fast as possible. It will be interesting to compare my splits with the meet results, even though it's just a run for me, i.e. I've been over the area at least three times already, scoping out the area and hunging the bags.

Hanging controls at Bert Adams. Really nice weather, over 60 F and partly sunny, Really enjoyed walking in the woods. Hung 17 controls. Got all the controls out in the woods. About 17 left to do, but those are the White and Yellow courses and a few others close in. Will hang those on Saturday. Will meet Kevin Haywood at BASR on Sat to pick up the printed maps also.

A pretty uninspired workout. Feeling a bit out of sorts from the stressful weekend - driving to Orlinda, TN and back and Pam visiting her Mom.

Ran the White House Greenway while Pam visited her Mom. Out and back on a very nice paved trail, mostly along a pretty creek. There was a dusting of snow overnight and it was still very cold this morning, below freezing I think. Got better as the run went on. Weather warmed up and I warmed up.
