A bit tired beforehand but legs and cardio felt ok and able to put in some decent efforts - enjoying the cooler, moist conditions.

Warm up over Salisbury crags then mixed hill efforts (Brutal - 2.20, Seat - 6.37, Crow - 3.50, Whinny - 2.47) ...followed by mile effort on Killing Fields - 5.20
