Strathpeffer games hill race -4th

Pleased enough with that considering current form - hip and foot niggles had escalated and hampered training over last few weeks and were still bothering - only raced as had to do this one to complete SHR champs. Was just aiming for top 5 to consolidate position in champs. Pace was fast from start as expected. Creeped past James on gradual climb up then overcooked a bit on steep climb up vegetated slope - hip not liking the big steps with insecure footing on vegetation. James followed on heels as i was trying to relax and shake off the lactic, then came past at gate on descent - he vaulted whilst i gingerly climbed over.
