Feeling inexplicably very tired despite not having done much this week so just walking the ups and slow running down. Foot was generally fine with shoes only loosely tied although felt it slightly on the downs as foot slipped forward ... got quite sore and inflamed after stopping so maybe this wasn't the best plan.
