Portobello Parkrun. Nearly 4 years since I last ran this. Was slowest ever park run but pleased with time considering lack of fast running in past 5 weeks. Was lucky to have someone to sit behind otherwise think I would have struggled to pace it. Winner was 2secs off Andy D's record - impressive given the frosty conditions.
