Heavily laden power hike up to the finish of the SA hill champs race to help with timing. Moderate effort... not as hard as heart rate suggests. Pootled down afterwards whilst collecting in markers.

Round of 7 Munros from Victoria bridge. Excellent day. Early start to get parked after staying in Tyndrum (main car park was still full with overnighters but no problem to park off-road nearby). Clear skies and warm all day with a slight cooling breeze on tops. Felt slightly better than on recent similar length routes.

Easy HIlls: Legs feeling dead at start after leg strength session so mostly walked the climbs in the first 20mins. Multiple loops on Whinny towards the end whilst watching the sun go down.
