Running club. Another strong hard workout. 8, 6, 4, 3, 2min. Paces were 5:54, 45, 26, 21, 01. With the last one nearly at 5min/mile pace, I think I might beable to break 5 in a 1mile TT right now. Which is a good feeling. Hopefully my Achilles continue to be only a minor annoyance.
