Running club. 3x9min, with a cruel 1min rest. I was weary from the Sun-Mon races and still sore, but managed to put together a solid workout. The Higherschooler was there and ran next to me the whole workout, he may have learned something as he didn't crowd me like he usually does. I'm not sure why he didn't go faster, he's fresh of a 5km in just over 17min, so this pace I'm sure was very pedestrian for him. 6:05, 04, 04.
