Felt like garbage yesterday from the booster, much better today but still didn't sleep as much as I wanted. Ran around Glenmere Pk, then around west campus to the bounding hill, so I guess this is warm up.
Hill Bounding no poles 10:00  0.57 mi (17:33 / mi)
Two sets of bounding, left side, right side, frog hop, sprint, walk. jog down in between. About 5 minutes a set exactly. It did not feel great and I need to do it more.
Road Run 10:00  0.88 mi (11:22 / mi)
Run back home after bounding.
