Not the best workout. Wanted to go close to 2.5 hours, but lots did not go my way. Had a slow leak in the back tire, had to pump it up a bit three times to keep from riding on the rim. My lower back was sore and tight, and my legs in general just felt sore and tired. Can't explain why I didn't feel well. Rode the Fo-Co Poudre trail, plus some on the Spring Creek trail.

Running club. 4x6min. A good workout, but didn't go gonzo. AHR shows that just a bit. Paces were 5:55, 52, 44, 38. Had some ache in my left leg past couple of days, which I could feel just a touch during the workout.
