Skate Ski 1:03:00 [1] 7.42 mi (8:29 / mi)
ahr:132

At City Park, the temps were in the 40s and marked the end of the good snow. I was quite tired from yesterday, so only managed an hour.

Classic Ski 1:38:00 [2] 10.66 mi (9:12 / mi)
ahr:156 max:177

Finally made it up to the Jack for a ski. It was great conditions, though a little bit soft, which made poling less than ideal, especially when I did DP only. Saw Swampfox skiing up to Summit as I was coming down the switch backs on the way down, so took a cutoff and caught up. Skied and chatted with him the remainder of the ski. Skied hard, the elevation had my HR up there pretty good, but in previous years I would watch in and let it dictate the pace, but this year I think I'll just ski as hard as I can as long as I can ski for as long as I want to. I had no problems today, despite being the longest ski of the year, and I stopped when I did because a number of small pains started to crop up. I don't want any of them to turn into something that would inhibit training/racing (left elbow, right Achilles, right big toe).

Classic Ski no Poles 28:00 [2] 2.62 mi (10:41 / mi)
ahr:157 max:171

Classic Ski Poles Only 27:00 [2] 2.6 mi (10:23 / mi)
ahr:163 max:180

DP. This was hard because of the snow, but also because I was getting tired, had to stride up a number of hills.

Classic Ski 19:00 [2] 2.21 mi (8:36 / mi)

Classic Ski 31:00 [1] 2.75 mi (11:16 / mi)
ahr:126

At city park at night. It was cold, single digits, but lots of snow that was reasonably skied in.

Classic Ski 56:00 [1] 4.34 mi (12:54 / mi)
ahr:132

At Bittersweet, there was just a dusting pretty much, so lots of grass skiing, but there was unmelted patches too that wasn't too bad.
