Running club. 5x5min on the track, short 1min rest. Felt pretty good given my sub-par fitness. Lungs burned a lot, but I managed to go faster each one. Paces were 6:21, 10, 9, 7, 5:59. There was a fast HS girl there, who is capable of running sub-5:30 mile, she too the first one by a long shot, was just ahead on the second, then she was way back on the last three... Ahhh, experience...
