I had a cyst on my back, dr. said to leave it alone unless it got painful. Following my recent cold, it got painful. Last night it affected my sleep, so I went to dr. today. Now its an infected abscess, I'm on antibiotics and back hurts. That derailed a good week of training.

Cyclo-X 2:13:00 [1] 31.36 mi (4:14 / mi)

Did the rt 34-Sheeps-Poudre-14th loop, but added everything I could in the J-Jones neighborhood, at end of Sheeps Draw, and through the 'burbs by the Learning center. It was very Windy. HRM was wonky, sure the AHR was in the 120s.

Mt. Bike 1:33:00 [1] 18.48 mi (5:02 / mi)

34 trail, long way to Homestead, a few laps there but there were more people there then I would like, so headed to J-Jones and did two long laps there, then came back. Didn't have to ride very hard to get the HR in the zone.

Trail Run 1:32:00 [1] 7.53 mi (12:13 / mi)

Area around the A before dinner. Warm this week.

Cyclo-X 1:55:00 [1] 27.79 mi (4:08 / mi)

Typical Poudre to Sheeps Draw loop, but added on an out-n-back to 95th. Bonked with about 20min to go, luckily had a cliff bar. Left work at 3pm but still finished in the dark, but even with the lights, cars still don't see you. HR monitor didn't work well, likely because hands were cold and little blood went to them.

Road Run 1:15:00 [1] 7.65 mi (9:48 / mi)

Reservoir, then Sanborn, and a bit more along Alles Dr.

Roller Ski Classic 26:00 [1] 3.52 mi (7:23 / mi)

Just a quick ski from home, all I could do before the sun went down. The new bindings with good boots (the first classic pair of S-labs I got) work well and offer excellent control. The only thing is that one binding plate is askew a touch so the boot doesn't always come down on it correctly.
