Classic Ski 2:03:00 [1] 13.12 mi (9:22 / mi)
ahr:123

At the Jack, felt tired and hungry right from the start and left elbow hurt, so only did a couple hours. Kick was tough as it was fresh snow at 35F, used Ski-Go HF yellow, which kicked pretty well but was a bit sticky, and iced bad on all the trails at moose or above. Saw Swampfox at the end.

Skate Ski 1:02:00 [1] 7.44 mi (8:20 / mi)
ahr:129

Skied a number of laps around Ranch Walk and back to the lodge to get some time in before the ski-O.

Ski-O 1:13:00 [3] 11.68 mi (6:15 / mi)
ahr:162 max:177

Ski-O long course at DTR. It snowed a bit overnight and there were a few flurries while skating before the race. This make things slow, but it was perfect Cera F snow as temps were in the upper 20s at least, but I never use such wax for a ski-O, Toko Dibloc Yellow from 1998 all the way...
It was a good course as it kept to the lower trails, so physically it wasn't too bad. It was the first hard skating all year. My navigation was perfect except going to 7 I had to change my route choice as the south side of the meadow trail was not groomed, and I thought it would be quicker, though longer, to go by 5 again and then past 13 to get there.
