Classic Ski Poles Only 1:57:00 [2] 15.97 mi (7:20 / mi)
ahr:139 max:168

Ugh, too much driving. New stem and seat post came in, so I thought to I'd go to "the gold," ski, and then to the hive and the bike shop. Of course things did not go as planned. Made it to Ned no problem, but just as I turned on to "the gold" road, traffic stopped and there was a big sign "lots full," I was still miles from parking. After a moment of thought, I decided to bail, like many others. So I went back down the hive and got the bike taken care of. Tried to find in town skiing, but after driving around too much, looked at the trails and it was nothing but rocks and people walking around. With no alternatives, then drive all the way to the Jack. Make it by 3pm, and used classic boot with the Rossi skate skis and classic pole and DP the whole ski.

Classic Ski 3:00:00 [2] 19.88 mi (9:03 / mi)
ahr:138 max:164

At the Jack, though Greeley got snow overnight, they just got a dusting. There were essentially no tracks. Used itelligrips, not the best ski but I got through it. Was tired last half hour.

Road Run 42:00 [1] 4.27 mi (9:50 / mi)
ahr:114

Took yesterday off, didn't sleep well so was not feeling good. But felt good today and tried to make up some time. Ran around campus.

Finished watching Toblach-Cortina 50k, plus some dude's go-pro footage from an Italian 50k (I think).

Toblach-Cortina 50k from this year (Feb 3). Coverage was in Norwegian, which was interesting... "...klosis egare yaflurt fukdis eklorta Peter Northug, etofdisk ya, somlista dos infreda 'yeah, get off my pole, ha ha ha' borka vert nooksta..." Also interesting was that Ustiugov raced, does this mean he's not in the Olympics? Seems like the Russians can dope all they want and there's no real consequences.

Rollerboard 7:00 [2]

Inadvertently took a couple weeks off from this, was able to do 7x1min, which was two more than last time, so the skiing is adding strength for sure. I'll try for 10 next week, which would be twice as many as when I started, which I hope is a good sign.

Seefeld M 15k free mass.
I didn't sleep well the night before so didn't have the energy to do anything more. During my insomnia I was able to track down results from all StageCoach Classic races. I found 3 others who did all 5 races and compare my time each their to their average. This year was the second worst compared to them, it only beat out the year I was injured (2 years ago) and got stuck in the snow after a fall loosing a minute.
