Trail Run 1:31:00 [1] 8.85 mi (10:17 / mi)
ahr:129

Felt tired today, I think yesterday took more out of me that I thought, so decided just for 1.5 hours, instead of 2. As I'm totally out of ideas for something new with training, I parked at redbard and ran there and to the west. I did explore something new, however. I maybe shouldn't be over there, but I did a quick out and back along the river on the new PLC land. They've had that land for a couple of years now at least, and as far as I can tell, some boy scout (a guess) mowed some trails at some point along the river and cut in some stairs on steep banks in a few spots. From what I saw, its not the best piece of land, a lot of crap back fill with weeds. But that is probably all that is required to reclamate a sand and gravel pit. Anyway, I got through the run OK.

Roller Ski Classic 2:04:00 [1] 19.35 mi (6:24 / mi)
ahr:131

Parked at funplex, pretty much did the same route as yesterday sans redbarn out and back and north sheeps draw spur. It was a good ski and had good energy the whole ski.

Road Run 22:00 [1] 2.0 mi (11:00 / mi)
ahr:114

Ran to campus and back to pick up some lab supplies from the office.

Road Bike 1:31:00 [1] 23.22 mi (3:55 / mi)
ahr:129

Because I was lackadaisical yesterday and neglected to trail, I went a bit longer today. From the funplex. The cooler weather was nice.

Trail Run 35:31 [4] 6.01 mi (5:55 / mi)
ahr:170 max:183

Cooler today, so that made the intervals more enjoyable. Parked at redbarn and chatted with Tyler and Wendy, two former running club members I saw in the parking lot, but they gave it up maybe 5 years ago, barely seen them since. Then, as I'm out of ideas, I did 6x1mile intervals. They went well and I reached the goal of all under 6min pace. I think the cooler weather helped a bunch. Did them on the east trail, except the last, which I did half on the bike trail, half on the far end of the trail area as to avoid some dog walkers. Times or paces were 5:59, 54, 53, 54, 54, 53. AHR was a guess as the monitor didn't seem to read accurate for the first bit of many of the intervals.

Cyclo-X 1:01:00 [1] 12.56 mi (4:51 / mi)
ahr:125

Finally got a proper X-bike ride in. Parked at redbarn and rode the east trail, new trail, and PLC areas.
