Intervals at the east trail and ditch road of course. Decided on longer intervals with shortish rest, estimated at 1.5 minutes. I certainly didn't want to feel "ready to go" when I started. Hopefully this is working my way up to maintaining fast pace for race distances, for hypothetical races at any rate. It was a good workout, as usual, I started out a bit too slow on the first, but the rest were good, with the last being quite good. 4x1.5 miles, paces were 6:15, 12, 10, 00. It got dark for the cool down.
