Had to pick up a new door knob at the despot so it made sense to get some running in at Homestead first before heading to J-Jones.

At J-Jones, thought about doing some intervals, but thought it best to be more conservative and just do a distance run.

At the end, to add some more time, I decided to do a mini-fartlek workout, just to see how the legs felt going harder. It was about 5x30 sec running west on the north side of the pond, easy run back to start. Paces were 6:42, 5:54, 5:49, 5:37, 5:24. Everything felt fine, so maybe intervals on Tuesday to start prepping for the virtual t-trot?... I'm not worried about beating last year's time, I just want to be in the ball park and not injure myself.

Managed almost 47 km roller ski. Parked at Redbarn, went to Island Grove, back to Redbarn for some more water, then out to Kodak and back. Started to die at 3 hours. Perfect day, chilly for the first hour.

Didn't think it best to run today, but I got a late start and it was such a nice day, so I figured an easy run would be fine. Around Sanborn Pk then checked out the work at Centennial park, there might be a 3/4 mile roller ski interval loop there. Something to try some morning when no-one is there.

Felt like garbage yesterday from the booster, much better today but still didn't sleep as much as I wanted. Ran around Glenmere Pk, then around west campus to the bounding hill, so I guess this is warm up.

Two sets of bounding, left side, right side, frog hop, sprint, walk. jog down in between. About 5 minutes a set exactly. It did not feel great and I need to do it more.
