This was punishing,relentless uphill for 10km to 600m peak from sea level with a few "undulations" chucked in. Tougher than Thurs as all the climb over a much shorter distance.

Steady climb to Perdika again then dropped down through some rocky rough tracks backdown to sea level, had a drink at the beach then climbed all the way back upto Perdika again for the wheezy fast section back to Sivota. Was done in when we got back and needed major water and refuel.

Was suppose to do the Perdika ride on a road bike,but as I've never been on one and its not exactly easy riding where we were,and the roads were shallwe say rough in places, we bailed on the group road bike group, but did the same on mtb. With a 10 min head start we decided we weren't going to be caught and beat them to Perdika by a good margin.
