Day 3 of my 3 day training program. Usual ferntree, springs blah blah blah loop. Gave it my all up the hill and managed 20:11 with no untimed breaks. consequently felt a bit nauseous the rest of the way but then again that could have been the expresso choc mini cupcakes I've been experimenting with..
