went on a short but hilly new route from fern tree - I only had 40 minutes to spare before i had to be home so I went up to silver falls, across and up to radfords track, down to fern glade track, back up to silver falls track, then home by the falls again. Felt a million times more productive than the 30 minute slug run to supermarket and back which is about the equivalent time.
