Swimming 25:00 [3]

1k or so whiile Zali and Jett took lessons. Swam next to one of the instructors who wasn't taking lessons. He is training for state champs or some such. I'm sure after seeing my form he will be inviting me to join his squad. although strangely he didn't ask for my number - perhaps he will look it up in the phone book.

Running 40:00 [3]

jog along alum cliffs. didn't even time it. wish I hadn't rolled ankle near end. should be ok for pittwater tomorrow though

Being the training machine that I am I also rode home from sandybay. Actually all three of these sessions today, while worthy, are rather half arsed.

If there is a half-arse triathalon I would win. In fact that would be a great name for one: The Half Arse. 25mins swim (or as far as you can be bothered), 40 minutes out and back run (just turn back whenever), 45 minutes cycle (half uphill, half downhill - compulsory break to admire view at top).
