bike today. I notice they also have 2 spin bikes which no-one uses - if i get really motivated I guess I could download a spin class on my ipod and do that.

Only did this to warm down after gym really only cos I had to stay out of the house for another 40 minutes while the kids enjoyed their favourite babysitter.
