Tas long champs - Rajah ROcks. My favourite map of the World Cup week - although I had exactly the same problems as I did on my race then too - I couldn't work out what bare rock was just mapped as open, what was bare rock, and what was nothing. So I couldn't trust my judgement.

Leg 1 -2 was LONG, and nasty, no nice options and I managed to run off the map both to the north and to the south of the map ON THE ONE LEG! which is something of an achievement. I would have sworn I lost about 20 minutes being almost completely lost but looking at the splits it was more like 10. The extra badjillion metres of climb I covered took it out of me though.

Only one lady beat me on the course but half of the blokes on the course beat us all (David Marshall had winning time in about 63 mins)
