From snug beach, to conningham, over to tinderbox, along a bit then little downwind trip back across the bay to the start. very nice.

love a spontaneous jog-hike! With Clare we went from Ferntree, up to springs, out on Miles track to snake plains trail, down to pipeline, then back to ferntree. Clare forced me to run at a respectable pace on the way back (in order to just keep her in sight). Will not be able to walk tomorrow.
