Just a little jog today as Jon will be racing a 6hr race so I won't get out at all tomorrow. Stankle was decidedly dodgy so the rest will do it good in anycase.

Ok - Scootered from work to office works and back, then later on from Salamanca to mums house. Arrived very sweaty and with more than a few jittery pedestrians in my wake.

summer series - domain. ran it all. even up a hill from practically the brooker highway up to the domain tenis centre.

in the diving pool again.

only 3 fouls and scored some points and we didn't get thrashed. all positives!

Not toughest game ever since I was fairly comfortably winning each game. Did get sweaty though so am going to count it as training.

Had to swim in the diving pool which was deep and had no lines on the bottom. Was very off putting but got the hang of it after a while. didn't drown.

pittwater - my course was 15 controls - was just congratulating myself on having gotten around cleanly when I stuffed up number 14 by 5 mins - still I consider that a pretty good run given my usual standards at pittwater.

In a major effort for me, but what is just a little blip on the training day for Robin or Jonno, I rode home to kingston from mum and dads via bonnet hill. Given my mountain bike weighs as much as a small car, and it was pushing 30 degrees AND I'd just done the trugannini track loop, it was a BIG effort.

Truganni track loop walk/run to top, then down skyline track or whatever to mt nelson then back along sandybay road to mum's place. was bloody hot so had to cool down in the air conditioning before i set off on the 2nd leg of cycling. think it was 22 mins to top

Ferntree - need to get my other watch fixed so i can review splits - but think I was 24 out to neika and 22 back or something like that. was trying to take it easy and relax.

Did ferntree-springs-sphinx-shoebridge track loop for first time in well over a year. Am bloody happy with myself for getting to the springs in a completely respecable time (20:40) then getting around the rest of it without f**king my ankle on the rocks. good on me.
