Revelling in the fact that's it's only saturday and this was my SECOND run already this week - and with orienteering tomorrow I'm pretty confident of reaching my 3 runs a week goal I set for myself on the eve of starting work full time back in um... March. Maybe my goal should be to acheive my other goal, more than once this year!
Ran up to the top of waterworks park inspired by a rapper on JJJ who was talking about the importance of 'challenging yourself' - of course he was talking about rapping rather than running but it still worked and I didn't just run the pipeline.
