shoulders were a bit sore from mondays' swim

up and back along the alum cliffs. turns out 10 or so minutes only gets you to the end of the first set of hills. so was mostly up on the way out, down on the way back.

I had a good game although we lost at the end by a shot on the buzzer. The game only started at 9:50 though, which meant it took a while to unwind.

was a struggle today as pool was packed, water was cloudy and my shoulders were sore.

out to sea from browns river. was all good going out, but coming back in kept catching waves and being swung around sideways. Avoided capsising but ended up facing out to sea again so had to paddle out and turn to try again . I think my paddling partner thought I was doing it on purpose cos I love to surf so much. got in on third attempt.

corporate challenge. did run but stankle was sore the whole way - strangely my basketball / tennis shoes are less painful on impact.
